As an employer, you are required to submit annually to the Department of Labour an employment equity report with regards to demographic profiles, gender representation and employment equity plan on how to address discrimination and inequity in the workplace.
Employment equity plan is a guide that describes the procedures that will be used to monitor and evaluate the implementation and personnel responsible for implementing the plan. Employment equity report is a progress report on the plan.
We act as a liason between you and the department of labour and ensure that the development of the plan, implementation and
submissions are done in a timely manner and in compliance with the Employment Equity Act.
